I'm not sure about you, but just about every day I find an opportunity to break out in song after someone uses words or a phrase that remind me of lyrics to a song. Most recently my son was telling me to stop singing to the radio in the car, which sent me on a singing rampage. I opened with "Stop, Collaborate and Listen" which lead into "Stop! Hammer Time" and ended with the ever lovely "Stop in the Name of Love." My son was less than pleased with my outright rebellion against his warning to "Stop!" but he eventually warmed up to Ice Ice Baby and it's now become a regular go-to whenever I break into song - Vanilla Ice just has so many good lyrics! So Music Monday is dedicated to my favorite "Stop" songs. Happy Monday!

Oh, wow! I totally do this all the time and it drives my kids crazy. I say we keep at it...just for payback alone :)

I'm glad to know it's not just me who drives my kids crazy. The payback's definitely a motivator :)
