Prompt 16: Friendship {via Reverb 10}
"How has a friend changed you or your perspective on the world this year? Was this change gradual, or a sudden burst?" (Author: Martha Mihalick)
This is Erin. Erin has taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life this past year: loving someone and being who you really are (freak flag and all) is always, ALWAYS, worth the risk. And I can be pretty freaky, so this is a big lesson. Oh, and obviously gradual.
"Think where mans glory most begins and ends, and say my glory was I had such friends." -William Butler Yeats
"Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born." -Anais Nin

Ha! Erin recommended your blog to me and I thought you were "just" bloggy friends. So when I saw this post my eyes popped at recognizing the cute girl in your pic! I get so used to the generic clipart photos that it is nice to see a face you know.
She is truly an amazing and deep soul, that one!
(O I am her Aunt btw! She was a teeny tiny flower girl in my wedding!)
