It's cold and flu season , so it comes as no surprise that a thick cloud of sickness enveloped my family for weeks, and to my inconvenienced dismay, during the height of our move. It's also no surprise that I didn't heed the glaringly obvious warning signs from my body to slow down and get some rest. Instead I vigorously cleaned, packed, and painted while hot and cold flashes, dizziness, and hacking cough took a reluctant backseat to my obsessive-compulsive drivenness. And while I was in one of my compulsive fits, I thought of this video. (This is where I plead the fifth on why I thought of it, except to say it's a good reminder that a little whining, complaining, and laying around does wonders for the common cold...not to mention having a special number to dial.)
And as luck would have it, we woke up still sick this morning, so I beat John to the punch by complaining first. And as we all know, once someone has already complained, your complaint just comes off as competitive - take that sucker!
"Poor little bunny":) It's a classic!
